Fry the flattened kebabs in the hot oil over low flame, turning in between till crisp and brown.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and caramelized. Cool, then serve.

Add 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
Spice dry rub for 24 hours then it’s smothered in a wet nut and yoghurt paste for another 24 hours.
